Feelings when providing care
Caregiving, can be the most stressful, rip-your-hair-out moment in your life. Those stressful moments can lead to intrusive thoughts. We are all human, and with that we feel a variety of emotions. It’s important to understand what your feeling and to understand your feelings are VALID. It’s okay to feel what you feel even if there’s some guilt associated with it.
